In the case of us taking over an analogue landline or ISDN, then we will simply take over your billing and your existing number should continue to work as normal. You can quite simply authorise us to supply your lines and calls and we will initiate this process with BT Wholesale.
Phone line transfers typically take between 10-12 working days to complete.
This is entirely up to you; all outward transfers are initiated by Town & Country and your existing provider will be notified of a pending transfer request.
It should be a seamless transfer with no interruption to your phone service. Your existing provisioning should work up until the point that Town & Country take over your phone line and calls.

In the event of a line fault or any interference on the line, please contact us asap. ‘Standard Care’ is provided on all lines and we aim to respond to all issues by the end of the next working day + 1 (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays and Bank Holidays).
Increased support levels are available which offer a six hour repair turnaround after logging your fault (Care Level 4) or a repair the same day, if logged before 1pm (Care Level 3).
A member of the Town & Country team will liaise with you and will assess the situation and will try and fix the issue with the line. If this isn’t resolvable in the first instance, Town & Country will escalate this to BT Openreach who will send an engineer to visit your site to resolve this on our behalf.
