The brief
The company’s mobile phones were previously managed by the network directly, however, they found that their bills were always increasing beyond the agreed monthly contract. They also didn’t like the fact that there was a lack of local support. Looking for a more cost-effective, convenient solution, Lovett Estate & Letting Agents reached out to Town & Country Communications for an alternative.
Mobile phone management & new VoIP phone system
We arranged the transfer of their business mobiles to our own managed solution and have since reported overspend at real time, thus reducing costs. We have also been able to support any issue with the handsets further to a site visit.
In addition, our team recently installed a new VoIP phone system, as the client required better functionality. There were four sites, all with individual phone systems and the inability to manage the business calls as one.
We pulled all four sites into a single system and employed a generic reporting system that copies in head office, therefore ensuring all sales/support enquiries are dealt with efficiently and nothing is lost in the pipeline. This has also future proofed the phone system and allows for simple additions and changes as the company’s business requirements change over time.
Town & Country Communications has also supported Lovett’s IT requirements, which allows one point of call for all their communication requirements.
