Should you choose to go for a fixed system that runs over either analogue landlines or ISDN then we will quite simply take over the billing and you existing number will continue to work as normal.
However, if you move to a hosted phone solution, your can still retain your number but you would need to port this number onto the system which can take up to 20 working days of which you will still be able to use your phone number during this period.
