Generally, mobile phones come with a 24 month warranty (12 months for Apple iPhones). Follow these simple steps to begin the necessary procedure to get your mobile phone fixed and your communication back on track!
The procedures you'll need to follow are dependent on the model of your phone – take a look below and find yours!
EE & Orange Phones
– Phones that are locked to EE and Orange will be covered by a 24 hour replacement service. Call 150 from your handset, or 0845 4125150 to speak to EE Business Care directly.
Apple iPhones
– iPhones using a Vodafone network that are still within their 12 month warranty can be repaired easily via Apple.
– For iPhones that are on O2 and are within their 12 month warranty, we will be able to arrange a 24/48 hours replacement, and you will receive a refurbished handset. Out of warranty repairs will need to be dealt with by Apple directly.
Sim Free or Phone on Other Networks
– Phones that are on different networks or do not have a sim will be covered by a 24 month warranty, within which we will arrange a 24/48 hour replacement.
My phone is past its warranty period – What can I do?
For phones that are damaged and past their 24 month warranty, unfortunately a the standard warranty repair services do not apply. Phones of this nature will need to be fixed via your mobile phone insurance, or will need to be replaced.
