Town & Country Communications recruited by Mploy

Introduced to the Bournemouth-based telecommunications experts by a mutual customer, Mploy, who have seven branches and over forty staff members, were originally with Vodafone direct. By utilising their wholesale agreement with Vodafone, Town & Country were able to source a more cost-effective tariff for them based on usage and could also offer a much more personal and locally based service.

"Since acquiring the business mobile phone contract, we were then invited to manage the installation of the existing Mploy phone lines when they moved to a brand new office, which they moved into having outgrown their existing premises", explained Jacey Butler, Sales Manager at Town & Country.

"As part of the installation, Town & Country were able to retain Mploy's existing main advertised telephone number, which was hugely important to them from a marketing perspective, and they installed a new 100mb/100mb leased line as there was no fibre broadband available."

"Mploy were also looking to move all of their accounts and servers to a cloud based system, so we implemented a solution that would have the capacity and capability to sustain the heavy broadband usage they required. We worked very closely with BT to ensure that all the required cabling and infrastructure was installed into the new office and all of this was in place in time to successfully move all existing lines and retain all required numbers", he continued.

Working with Town & Country has been a positive experience for Evan Bebb, Director at Mploy – "Having been recommended to Town & Country by a mutual acquaintance, I was confident that the service they would provide would be first class. Jacey and the team however, have exceeded my expectations and not only have the cost savings been significant, but the personal service they offer is second to none. Knowing they are on hand if we ever have an issue with a mobile, landline or our broadband gives us peace of mind when running an extremely busy company."

Town & Country Communications are Dorset's only independent, family-run telecommunications business. As well as mobile and landline provision and support, they offer a broadband service, mobile repairs and a unique mobile phone insurance scheme with no excess that starts from just £3 per month.
