What Microsoft 365 Apps for Business Come Included?
The research, revealed by black box car insurer Ingenie, came from a freedom of information request to the DVLA, which showed the total number of drivers in England, Scotland and Wales who received the penalty, otherwise know as a CU80 offence.
Described by the DVLA, a CU80 endorsement is as a breach of requirements as to control the vehicle, such as using a mobile phone. These penalties stay on a driving record for four years from the date of the offence. A CU80 doesn't just apply to the use of mobile phone but also laptops, tablet computers or MP3 players.
The research highlighted that the total number of drivers in the UK who have received at least one CU80 endorsement last year is 70,945. More than half of these were in England (51,990) while just under a quarter were in Scotland (15,973) and only 2,982 in Wales.
