Bluechip Financial needed a new recognisable landline number for their business, including all the infrastructure and a new phone system but it all needed to be both affordable and scalable.

Town & Country were able to supply a new number (692222) which met their requirements, and also supplied fibre broadband which would support fast speeds for their computers along with a secondary broadband to support their phone system. As they were refurbing their new business premises, we worked closely with their contracted electrician and advised exactly what points were needed to facilitate their office to ensure there were cables on show.

We supplied a hosted phone system which was included a minimal upfront cost, but allowed for additional users to be added at just the cost of a handset and a low monthly line rental. We also advised the costs of any additional features they may require going forward, but could also offer these on a 30 day contract to allow flexibility.

Town & Country were able to offer some basic training on the hardware and have also been available to make changes when required, as usually all systems are set up in a relatively basic fashion. This means that when additional features are required, we can quickly input them into the system via an operating portal – all of which take effect instantly.

Finally we have added disaster recovery to the phone system in the event of the phone lines or broadband going down. This ensures that all calls are forwarded to an alternative number and therefore minimises loss of business and the business can still operate.
