Bournemouth Baby Centre needed a reliable phone system between their shop and their warehouse, as their supplier at the time had not supplied a suitable phone system or set up the connection between the sites correctly. Our team was asked by the client to find a suitable phone system that delivered on all their requirements.
First of all, we set up a site visit to understand the current set-up and how the customer would ideally like their phone service to work. Whilst on our visit, we assessed whether additional cabling or ports were required in order to have the phones in the most suitable places.
Installing the new phone system
Initially, we moved the broadband services. This allowed us to reduce the cost but all also offer full support for the connectivity, which in turn supports the hosted telephone system.
From this point, we could then set up a transfer for all their existing telephone numbers. On the day, we were available on both sites to ensure a smooth transition, arrange training, and ultimately set the phone system up to operate in the best way for the company to manage the flow of calls.
