The brief
We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with ARC Architecture for years helping them look after their business mobile phones with regular monitoring and adjustment of monthly tariffs in relation to usages. We have also set up spend alerts on some of their numbers to help monitor and prevent overspending.
So, when ARC Architecture decided it was about time they upgraded their outdated phone system, which was so old it didn’t even allow for such standard features as scheduled voicemail and caller display, they called in the experts at Town & Country.
Upgrading to a new VoIP phone system
In order to give ARC Architecture all the functionality a busy business needs to stay ahead of the game, we decided to upgrade them to a VoIP phone system. VoIP (or Voice over Internet Protocol) uses compressed signals to send phone calls using the power of the internet and allows you to make calls for free!
VoIP systems also have an abundance of fantastic features that make them such a popular choice for companies across the world, including call transfer, hold buttons, call recording, and it can even have an auto attendant.
Upgrading the new phone system for ARC has future proofed their business and given them the ability to scale up their capabilities as they continue to grow and expand. Installing VoIP didn’t require any engineers and we manage the entire system via a portal, which is great new for the client as it means no monthly management fees.
