Occupational Health Consultancy contacted us when they were advised they required more incoming/outgoing lines due to calls not being answered because there were not enough phone lines.
Their phone system was at full capacity and could not accept any more phone lines and as their current system was very old. Our team successfully installed a new phone system (9 phones in total) which gave them the extra lines they required and added more features and functionality to improve how calls are handled when they reach the business.

We were on site for most of the day, installing the phones and ensuring that all of the configuration/set up was completed to the customer’s satisfaction. This also included full training to all staff members to show them how to use the phones on a day to day basis.
We also upgraded their broadband to fibre optic and this gave them super fast speeds that they required due to an increase of uploading across the business that they had been doing.
