The brief
We have been looking after Broadview Blinds’ mobile phones since 1995, so when they needed a new phone system, they turned to us for advice and a solution.
The new phone system needed to be modern, easy to use and provide the company with features that their old phones did not. Of these innovative new features, the most important was the ability to allow calls to be routed to the correct departments and an out of hours voicemail service.
Installing a new, up-to-date phone system
We suggested a hosted phone system as it’s perfect for businesses with multiple sites, and by including an auto attendant, calls could be easily transferred between departments, improving customer service and experience. It would also provide them with much-needed voicemail, so the team could be sure that no calls went unanswered, even whilst out of hours.
