Quantum Homes has been a customer of Town & Country’s for 3 years now. We originally ported Quantum’s account from T-Mobile to O2 in November 2012 as they weren’t getting the best service or reception. Quantum Homes had a variety of new phones which mostly consisted of iphones but soon felt that the iphone was not giving them the most suitable service they need.
Quantum made a big decision to remove the iPhones mid way through their contract and purchase the Samsung Note 3 which to date has offered them what they require from their business mobiles.
In October 2014 the upgrades came up for renewal. Considering Quantum Homes had purchased all new phones mid way through their contract, Town & Country aimed to reduce the line rentals to a sim only package to create them a saving and outweigh the hardware costs they had in 2013.
Based on 5 months usage, we were able to create a single user package per phone which gave each number the minutes, texts and data that they required. Based on the factual usage of each number I was able to reduce the cost down by 45% which created Quantum Homes an annual saving of £6000. A total of £12000 saving over a new 24 month contract.
This outweighed the costs of the new phones they purchased and left Qauntum Homes very happy, and resulted in them signing a new 24 month contract with Town & Country Communications.
