A more affordable phone system with remote working capability
Following a review of their current system and further discussion, Silverprint agreed to transfer their broadband to Town & Country Communications. We also installed a brand-new VoIP phone system, which has effectively slashed their running costs and given them even greater flexibility and scalability with their handsets.
As their team also frequently worked remotely, we supplied them with mobile phone apps that allowed them to be contacted direct via the office phone system whilst away.
Not only have Silverprint benefitted from significant reductions to their ongoing phone bills and running cost in comparison to under their previous provider, they are also receiving more reliable support.
