Knibbs Dental Surgery required a new phone system as their current system kept rebooting itself and dropping calls.
Town and Country completed a full site survey and made an important discovery – due to their extremely old wiring network, they would require all new cabling and a new internal network.
Our team installed a whole new network complete with cabling, and we were then ready to install the phone system. We installed 8 new phones and supplied a fully functional future-proof phone system that gave the customer all the features they required.
Broadband and Landline Deals
The new features consisted of a hunt group which allowed a number of different phones to ring if certain phones were not answered, voicemail-email, on hold music and an out-of-hours messaging service that provides details of an emergency dentist.
We also upgraded their broadband to fibre as they had very slow speeds and this provided a huge improvement to the day to day running and use of their internet use.
