Our journey began in January 1991 when the director's father, an innovator in the mobile phone industry, started a new company. This company! He faced challenges at first, like the 1990 recession and high mobile tech costs (£2,500 per device). However, he stood firm and rebuilt the business with a sustainable model. By anticipating the demand for mobile communications, he laid the foundation for a trusted name in IT and telecommunications solutions.

By 1999, the next generation began contributing to the company. Starting from the front desk, Lee, the eldest brother, worked through sales and management and learnt every aspect of the business. In 2005, the company expanded into landline and broadband services, with Karl, the middle brother, taking the lead in this new venture. By 2009, Jacey, the youngest, joined the team to add additional support and expertise.

The brothers wanted to adapt to the evolving industry, so they introduced VoIP systems in 2017 and ventured into IT services in 2020. In 2024, the brothers officially took full ownership of the company. With decades of experience and strong family values, they provide reliable, trusted services to clients.
